香港展能藝術會並非政府恆常資助的機構，營運主要依賴社會鼎力支持。本會將於2023年10月12日至12月4日舉行「以藝夢飛翔」慈善獎券2023，獎券每張港幣二十元、每本十張港幣二百元。
Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong (ADAHK) does not receive any regular government subvention. Our operation relies on donations from individuals, corporations and foundations alike. ADAHK shall kick off ‘Let Our Artistic Dreams Take Flight’ Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong Charity Raffle 2023 from 12 October to 04 December 2023. The price per Raffle Tickets is HKD20, while HKD200 per booklet (10 tickets).
